I am an attorney and trial consultant. I was consulting on a trial in Los Angeles while our jury consultant was in Maine. He kept asking how individual jurors were reacting to specific testimony and evidence. We did our best to convey the information based on handwritten notes and memories, but I realized there had to be a better way. I created JuryTracker to be that better way.

JuryTracker has built in gestures and emoticons to make note taking simple and quick and, most importantly, consistent. You can also type in specific notes. All notes are time stamped so they can be cross referenced with the transcript to better understand what the jurors were reacting to.

JuryTracker is designed for the trial attorney, paralegal, jury consultant or client to use to effectively and efficiently observe and report on juror behavior during the case in chief. Through consistent observation the trial team will develop a better understanding of how the jury is leaning.

JuryTracker includes reports that can be saved to the iPad for later review, or emailed immediately to trial team members. Reports include juror responses by sorted by juror, by party presenting, by type of response and in chronological order.

I think JuryTracker is helpful in every jury trial. If you want to give it a try but arent quite convinced, email me and I will give you a free 30-day trial!

*** The Reviews Are In ***

"If you want a better way of notating juror observations, keeping notes tied to a specific juror, having those observations and notes time-stamped, and even tracking the amount of time used by both sides of the case, then you need to get this app! JuryTracker has the potential to greatly improve your understanding of what the jury understands and believes."
-- AppAdvice

"It cleverly uses emoticons to evaluate each jurors emotional reactions to whats going on in the courtroom ... The beauty of the app is its clean, simple layout ... The word I keep returning to is clever."
-- Law Technology News

"I can see a tool like this being very useful in bigger trials. In addition to helping the lawyer adjust his or her presentation, I can see this type of reporting being very interesting to the client in evaluating settlement offers and trial progress."
